Sakura Sushi Teppan

This place is so fun! When you walk in, you see a beautiful Koi pond with a beautiful waterfall. Then you are quickly seated, and then the looking at the menu and ordering process, sounds boring, right? But here comes the fun part. You sit around a flat grill, and a chef walks in the center, and the fun begins. The chef is funny and phenomenal! He cooks your food right in front of you. He starts with broccoli... if you're willing, he will try and get you to catch a piece in your mouth. And other funny and fun things. And the food is freaking amazing! I can't say enough great things about this place!!

I love the food, but they are so understaffed, they never checked on our table, or asked us for refills. They just seem like they don't want your business when I spend over 120 dollars every time I go, I expect better customer service. Although they have been better in the last times I've been there. So good!!! 🤤

We tried this place while in the area visiting friends. We were greeted promptly by Lily the hostess who brought us to our table. She was very helpful and friendly. We were quickly greeted by our server, who took our drink order and our sushi order. The sushi came out quickly. Sushi was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. We will return next time we are in the area.

We didn't realize this was a giant Teppan place....we were just hungry after shopping nearby. And the bar was empty and available and the sushi quality was great. I don't know why I expect low quality sushi and high quality meats at a teppan place but this wasn't the case here. The fish was flavorful and balanced!
