Delicious food and the customer service here is amazing! Watching them be so polite to each other while training newbies is refreshing. Everyone was smiling and friendly. My son dropped his sandwich and they were quick to clean it up and remake him a sandwich. Shout out to Phil and Jaden for excellent service!

I have previously ordered the hook & ladder from this location many times which has always been great. The service is always quick and friendly, and this location is always clean and tidy. Today I ordered the meatball sub because people say theirs is so phenomenal so I wanted to give it a shot. I’m SO glad I did! The bread was perfectly crisp and the sandwich overall was very flavorful. I added some red pepper flakes when we got home to give it a little kick being I didn’t know if I could handle the spicy meatball that they have. Adding the red pepper flakes plus the quality of the sandwich, it was great! Will definitely be ordering one again! I had meant to leave a review sooner, but definitely needed to after this! Great location all around.

This has gotta be the best Firehouse I've ever been to. First off, the sandwiches were incredible and the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is awesome. I got to speaking with the manger or the owner of the store about whether or not they would bring back the hot sauces they used to have sitting out in the open to try. He wasn't sure if they'll ever end up bringing it back but he asked which one I used to like. A few minutes later he brought out a bottle of the hot sauce and gave it to me to take home!!! Such a great team that works there. We'll be back.
