Amazing team, friendly people, clean facilities and not many people using the gym, even during peak times. Highly recommended.

Good little gym. Cardio area is usually pretty empty but the weight machines and free weight area can get pretty busy. Ladies has a Sauna (don't know about the Mens).

Great facilities....including Sauna. Personal trainers very knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. Would be great if membership was not inclusive of all classes as some of us just want to use the GYM. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Option will create more clientele. Way too expensive!! People for places gym £18.99 per month!!!

Surprisingly good food, outstanding customer service. Nice place to hide with toddler on a rainy day. There is small but OK equipped play area, friendly staff, good enough coffee. Also children ballet and gimnastic classes run by professionals from local dance and gymnastics studios in affordable prices.
