The current staff was very helpful, very courteous, and the 2 young men working gave me a Military/ Veteran discount and I did not ask for one. Also shook my hand and thanked me for my service. So appreciative, and so proud of these employees and young MEN. Thank you!

Had a very simple order. A beef and cheddar meal. That’s it. Two cars in front of me none in the parking lot so it wasn’t that busy. My beef and cheddar was nothing but meat and bun. No sauce or cheese. Not complicated not busy they were obviously just too lazy to even try and make the sandwich correct. Just pathetic

Good food for being a type of fast food. It’s always clean inside. Friendly staff. Only downfall is they don’t like to turn off their lights which makes u think they’re open, when they’re not. Also, if u go to 10 min before “closing” they will act as if they’re closed. This has happened a handful of times. So frustrating.

I love this Arby's, it's close to home, when i went to get some food after I was done with work this evening, they were closed! I would like to inform you they do NOT close at midnight (12AM). It was just after 11 when I tried to get some food. It's quite annoying that it says on google AND on their website that they close at 12AM.

WHOEVER IS WORKING HERE ON 5/15/22 - KEEP THEM EMPLOYED !!!!!! Best buffalo chicken sliders I've even seen except when they were brand new because the tender wasn't cut in half and were only $1-$1.29 each.... Ha

Went thru drive thu.took 20minutes i thought it was a fast food place?ordered a roast beef and crispy chicken.when i got home only a roast beef in bag.terrible experience.won't patronize arby's on tower ave superior WI ever again!

After the app threw me a curve ball and ordered today's meal for tomorrow at 10 a.m...I went in to talk to a manager who turned out to be Miriah. She navigated the issue with ease...no I didn't have to contact customer support or make any dreaded phone calls.
I then sat back and watched a young yet very competent manager lead her team gracefully through dinner rush. As a restaurant proprietor I have to commend her. I hope the owners appreciate the young talent they have in her.
The envy I had over staff overshadowed what my meal was like 👍

I pulled forward and waited for a half hour. After deciding to brave the negative 45 windchill I got inside. Turned out they gave my food to someone for free. And after waiting another 10 minutes for it to be all made again I ended up not getting all my food.
