This place is great and usually efficient, but lately it almost never has order ahead on the app, presumably because there isn't enough staff to keep up with orders. This is unfortunate, cause many days now I walk in, see the line, and have to go elsewhere. And I see other customers do this as well!!
Would give 5 stars easily if order ahead on mobile was always available, like all the other starbucks in nyc.

Every time we go even if it’s busy, Gabby is a star. She’s always helping a customer whether it’s switching languages or offering to adjust orders. She’s an amazing asset to this store and team. Thanks for a great experience always!

That's nice place atmosphere very nice but coffee better than everything also they don't have dark roasted coffee this one is missing. They're serving morning to noon only dark roasted I'm late get it it's ok this coffee was good too.

Clean cafe. Nice staff. Restrooms remind you of a city stall (we know that smell and feel). Drinks were made quickly and to taste.
The ran out of match so I tried the chai tea latte and my husband tried a caramel macchiato.
