Went to the drive through, the lady taking our order was pretty rude... the food came quick and it was hot so we thought everything was fine. Got home to realize the 16 piece bucket we got (and paid for) only had 11 of pieces of chicken in it. Couldn't even get the mix up right. Also, I'm generally not one to complain about customer service since I work in it and understand everyone has their off days, but I don't appreciate being overcharged for things I didn't get.

KFC locations can be hit or miss and this location was forgettable. The drive through wasn’t friendly, but the food was served quickly. We had a variety of meals and a la carte items and they were all generally uninspiring and had an old texture to them. I think this will be easily skipped in our future Sun Prairie restaurant options.

The people that work at this location are not capable of counting to 6 for sure. I love KFC but in this case even the food sucked. The four biscuits that i did get were rock hard, they for got my pot pie. there were only two of us in the drive through so the place was not busy. Clearly the staff is not trained at all. This place should just close the doors.

I have gone to this KFC several times, and each time is an experience. Tonight was no different. While paying at the window I was then informed the ice maker was down and we got warm sodas. I can deal with that but that should of been my first clue. Then I had to pull forward to wait for my dinner. I waited 10 along side another person who had been waiting longer. We both finally went in and they had no order for either of us. They asked gave the lady extra cookies and she left mad. I went up and they had no clue about my order. I got my order and it was wrong! Helen took it back and made sure they got it right. Helen then spoke with another employee and I could hear the entire conversation. It was not a conversation that a customer should hear. It was that I hadn’t paid for my order. (And I had at the window.) Finally I demanded for a refund and Helen said she could do credit my card, it doesn’t work that way. I again demanded for my refund several more times and she refused. She gave me my order and Helen did apologize several times. She told me she felt embarrassed and that her employee didn’t “Frickin” listen to her. (Yes she said that to me.) I grabbed my dinners and left. I do understand that things go wrong, but if a customer wants a refund you give it to them!

Sun Prairie WI location, drive through only. We ordered an 8pc bucket of legs and thighs. This website says it is 14.49. We were charged 18.99+tax. When I tried to point out (3 times) that her charge didn't match the advertised price, I was ignored. Then we discovered we got the wrong mix - it included breasts & wings along with legs & thighs. Not our preference, not what we ordered. Fast service, but fast doesn't excuse sloppy and rude. No receipt.

Last night at 8:20 pm I purchased an 16piece family meal from Helen. When I made it home I had all breast! I am so disappointed because I have five little children that really couldn’t eat that thick white meat! I called the next morning to let the manager know and she told me basically I was lying they stop selling original chicken at 6:30 she said they didn’t have no chicken! my response was, “I have a receipt showing the time I came” she was like aw, she said she would give me an 8piece to replace my order I said I could not feed a family of 7 with 8pieces and plus my meal was almost 50 dollars! 47.46 to be exact! She told me she can only give me 8 pieces and if I didn’t want it call corporate because there is nothing she can do! Now me and my children is sitting her hungry and waiting for the lead to contact us back! This is so sad unprofessional and ridiculous I would have accepted an 12piece but 8? No

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Absolutely insane how awful this KFC is. Ordered the beyond nuggets, they came cold and rock hard and they forgot my sides and sauces. Tried it again and ordered the tenders meal. Got there and they said it would just be 4 more minutes. Ended up taking 20. Then, they FORGOT the tenders! AND the sides! And when we did get the sides, they were half full and they didn’t even give us all of our biscuits. I never write reviews but I am fuming! Save yourself the hassle and NEVER order from here.
