Dunkin'

Each time I visit this Dunkin Donuts I leave in complete disappointment. I always ask myself afterwards, why did you even bother, why do you continue to torture yourself? Each time I order a breakfast sandwich it is never made fresh and always lacks plenty to be desired. I'm always taking a 50/50 chance on the drinks as well. All too often the employees don't listen and never make the drink as asked. Even when ordering standard drinks they never come as they should or advertised. I have been frequenting Dunkin Donuts for years in various states and locations, so i know what the majority of products should taste like and their quality. This location has got to be the absolute WORST. The only reason I give it two stars is because this is the only Dunkin Donuts in Sumter and the next location is roughly 30 miles away. Do better Dunkin Donuts. Sincerely, a long time customer who wishes she could have a fresh sandwich and properly made beverage.

I spend a lot of money on coffee. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY AT DUNKIN' DONUTS. By far the worst service I have ever had from any food service establishment. I normally love Dunkin' Donuts so I thought I would love this location. WRONG. It may be new and shiny but the employees are hateful, the service is excruciatingly slow, the donuts are rock hard stale, and the coffee usually never has any coffee in it. When I come through the drive-thru, they have to go over my order 4-5 times because they don't understand what they have on their menu. When I got my iced latte this morning it was simply milk with ice in it. I got halfway to work and had to come back after I tasted it. I walked in and asked for a replacement. No one, not even the manager knew how to make the iced coffee. So they added tons of sugar and some ice cream (???) to it and said "here you go!" The employees made me feel horrible about receiving the wrong drink, as if it were my fault. Today the manager was walking around prepping food and shoving doughnuts in his mouth, no gloves or hair net.

I love this dunkin donuts but I think some people are thinking we are the big dunkin store down town butb I promise you we ain't the reviews I have seen on here when you order or have your order made for you we don't do that we are self service you get great service so please come to 101 broad st Sumter sc
