As far as I am concerned this is the only McDonald's in the area that is worth visiting in terms of quality, speed, accuracy and friendliness. The only drawback is the limited capacity both in parking and in the drive through. On busy days it may be preferable to park in the Fred Meyer lot and walk over. I visited this place when it first opened when I was attending high school across the street. The area and school have changed a a lot over the years, but the quality of this location has remained top notch.

Love this location, staff is friendly but the owner is a bigot. Not allowing men at the work place to express themselves by not allowing them to wear jewelry or have their hair tied due to his personal opinion but allowing the women to. Also the idea that the employees need to keep wearing mask over his personal belief but the pandemic is over. Someone working there is bound to start doing whatever they want because this is their life and I’m sure a few write ups are going to stop people from wanting to express themselves.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever visited. It is always clean, being updated, and the staff are genuinely friendly. I can't say it'll stay that way forever, but it was great my first 5 times. (Over months, guys).

I don't know of there was a staffing change, or if my experience was simply better because of the timing of my order. However I had concluded a mobile order last night and my food came out fast and hot. The staff was very pleasant and the food was great 👍

Ok so on this visit all I purchased was 2 large strawberry milkshakes. Normally I think this McDonald's is amazing but this time the milkshakes were half mixed and the whipped cream was flat and the worst part is the milkshakes weren't even filled to the fill line. On the other side of the coin the shakes tasted great so that's a plus. Normally I wouldn't take a star away for presentation but I have come to expect a certain level of service here and maybe it's not fair but that's how I feel

Just went through the drive thru and I'm shocked. All my food was fresh. That never happens with going late at night. At other locations my fries are either old and gross or its cold. Super pleased.

Not rating the food, you know the food. I waited nearly 30 minutes from when the order was placed to receive four happy meals for my kids. The first blunder was being charged for someone else's order. This lead to a several minute wait for the manager on duty to come "refund" me for the wrong order and than charge me for the correct order. After this initial delay I thought well at least the food should be ready, nope. After another 15 minutes of sitting in the parking lot I walked into the store and than an employee dashed from the back and said "oh are you the four happy meals? Sorry we have someone new and the nuggets were a problem". Annoyed but ok. Finally I get home, my kids are super excited to see their happy meals, no toys. Also as a bonus for this relentless comedy of errors, they put an open bbq sauce packet in one of the happy meals and it was all over our food. So after a nearly 30 minute wait, being charged twice, waiting for a promised refund, they still didn't get the orders right and nearly ruined one of them. The stores offer when I called in? I could take more time out of my day to drive back to the store and exchange the happy meals.... Yeah, my four hungry kids aren't going to be told "sorry, I have to take your food and should be back in about an hour and hopefully with actually complete orders this time!". When I asked for a refund I was told they could not help me over the phone and again asked me to take more time out of my day. The compromise I was given was to call the franchise owner... At this point I've left a voicemail and given I doubt I'll hear back Ill just do a charge back to the restaraunt for failing to provide what was ordered and I doubt visa will push back given they already had to refund me for ONE of the TWO charges they put on my card... absolute service failure.
