At the drive thru, no one answd; there were no customers; I saw thru the window one of the employees sitting at a table eating; I went inside and clearly ordered 2 3pc white boxes with 2 side. We are traveling and opted to go further down the road and picnic. Imagine my surprise when I found both were dark meat which we dispise! We were very disappointed.
I can't see your business surviving at this rate!

They gave me the driest sandwich I’ve ever ate. It was so hard it literally hurt to bite it. Definitely won’t be returning here since they can’t cook a chicken breast properly.

I was the first one in line when the store opened up at 10:30 am and no chicken was cooked I was told to come back in :20 minutes this is not the first time this has happened
So I went to Popeyes got my food and filled out the survey for a free meal

I wish they had negative stars I would give that! Me and my 14 month old got food poisoning from eating from this place. Now that I’m letting people know about my experience, they say they know someone or have had food poisoning from kfc in Sulphur on Ruth st. So this is not the first time.

The food was dry and tasted like old oil. The line took forever but it was obvious that the food had been sitting under a heating lamp.

Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been to. Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They never answer their phone, rarely have any CHICKEN, rarely ever have anything to eat to begin with. Drive thru is the worst ever. Do not give this place your hard earned money or waste any time with them.
