Mcdonald's

Does McDonald's not have porter's anymore to clean bathroom or dining rooms? It was deplorable! Lots of young faces on the crew, no problem but the fries we're very dark like the grease needed to be changed and the floor was slippery as if it needed to be mopped. I understand this is a small town but the service industry is going down. No porter?? WTH!!

I went to this location on Sunday as I was driving to Louisiana to go to church. I really did like the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich that I received. It was good. The taste was good and the temperature was spot on. For some reason it tasted better in Louisiana than it does in Texas. 🤷🤷🤷 In Texas when I order them to me they're always a little dry. I did like the hash brown but it was a little greasy which brought the score down some. The customer service that I received was of a high quality. The guys there were very very nice and pleasant to me and carried great smiles. When taking my order and when giving me my food that I bought. I'm all about service. I received good service that morning.

I like that it’s close by. It’s always hit and miss though, unfortunately. Thankfully I’ve never found the food with bugs or hair. When it’s good it’s good, and when it’s not it’s really not. It’s the quality of the people that work there depending on the time of day when those quality people work there. Hopefully it keeps getting better and not worse.
