Dunkin'

It is so bad I would give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one. Besides for the fact that they mess up the most simple drink every single time, the attitude is what makes it bad. I came with my friend and her adorable little puppy for her second birthday to get a pup cup, and they yelled across the store for her to leave. They could’ve been polite, they could’ve just been normal and asked us to leave but instead they were rude about it. The store was full too and everyone stared and looked at us. Do better.

I am completely horrified about my experience at this dunkin donuts. It was my dogs birthday and I came in for a pup cup all the customers were in love with my dog. I sat down while my friend asked for a pup cup and a worker or manager screamed across the whole store “Maam, you can’t have your dog in here” I wasn’t planning on staying and this person could have come to me and said it nicely. Don’t come here if you value customer service. It takes $0 to be nice.

I absolutely love Dunkin (nothing new its an all time favorite) they have recently added a tiger tea boba, and it's the only place in the tri-state area that you can get kosher boba (I highly recomend everyone try boba- I love it) I wish they had more bubble tea flavors. Customer service is on point and it's a pleasant experience.

Normally, I wouldn't stop to rate a drive through. You get what you pay for and it's usually exactly that- no complaints or anything particular to rave about. But I have to give a shout out to this particular drive through. I wish I knew the name of the young man at the window who handled my order to give him a proper shout out. He was just a kid but so hard working and took the time to make a fresh pot of decaf since the current pot was hours old. He even asked first to make sure I had time to wait, since it wasn't busy, saying it would be quicker to give you the last cup we have right now, but a fresh pot will be worth the wait. AND IT WAS. Service with a smile, attention to detail and quality (realizing that last drop from the hours old pot would likely take like rubbish) He represented you well, Dunkin. It hit the spot. The extra effort and care paid off- I now officially switched from the West Nyack drive thru to get the best cup around. THANK YOU for a fresh hot cup of coffee to warm my heart on a cold day.

I order 6 hashbrowns and 3 sandwiches. They handed me a bag and said everything was in there. I took them at their word. When I got home, there were only 3 orders of hashbrowns, but on my receipt I was charged for 6. I triedn to call the store to see if they could issue a credit, but it rang and rang with no answer. I would not trust this place again. If you go, unpack your bag on the counter before leaving the store and check your order, or you might get ripped off like I did.
