Sonic Drive-in

I ordered a small Oreo blast and asked for whip cream. I pulled up to the window and was handed a melted cup of ice cream with ice cream leaking out the lid, with no whip cream. The lady said sorry and expected me to leave I pulled up to the trash can to discard receipts and found my card that I payed with covered in melted ice cream. I returned to the window and asked for whip and tried to be polite, but the employees working seemed like they lacked any responsibility for their jobs’... This is not the first time I’ve received a blast with no whip cream and it seems some training is needed at the Stuttgart sonic.

Ordered with the app at 7:15pm. I arrived and checked in at 7:20. Order was for 7:25. I asked where my order was at 7:48. It arrived at 7:51. Both sundaes were liquid and the shake was also melted. The slushes were water. I like ordering on the app because of the discounts but this is not acceptable.

Have NOT had their signature onion rings the last four times I ordered them. Today, I called before I went. Yes, we have onion rings. Got there, ordered, waited in line and got to to the check out and was told "No, we are out of onion rings!" Headquarters need to evaluate who orders the stock, because this is ridiculous.

So we come here at least two times a week for lunch. and about 75% of the time the order is incorrect. We get the same order every single time, two number ones plain with tots and a large sprite. Now most of the time we get some kind of variation of that like one plain cheeseburger and a fully loaded cheeseburger, or one with tomato, etc. But let’s not leave out the horrible attitudes of majority of the employees AND managers in this place. and you know we normally don’t say much but just take the food and keep going because we only have so long for lunch. But this time was a the real kicker. We ordered what we normally get for us to get instead one plain cheeseburger and then just bread....... in the other wrapper. And then when we went back the young girl didn’t say much, didn’t apologize or anything, just rolled her eyes like it was out of her way to come out there and fix it and then said i’ll be right back.

Went for breakfast took them 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 10 min for them to give me my food. And Tater tots were cold and grease logged, and they got the Breakfast burrito wrong. When I gave them the money they only gave me two dollars and said they were out of change. Went back a week later ordered a drink, gave us 75 cents and when we asked for the two dollars they owed us told us they didn’t have change and I told them it was two dollars and she said oh. Will not be back needs to be shut down
