Long John Silver's

My wife and I just drove all the way from Miami to Stuart to visit our family that lives here we stoped by long John silvers/ kfc to pick up dinner before retiring to our hotel room to go to sleep. I ordered us an L5 and L6 combo from long john silvers and a 3 price chicken meal from kfc since its all together under one roof when we got back to the hotel and opened up the food we were very upset the hush puppies were hard as a rock like they were over cooked and left out all day long they were hard as a rock same thing with the shrimp too they were both horrible. The long johns food was literally unedable! The kfc food was all fresh and was perfect. But we are extremely upset about the 2 long johns meals totaling over 16 dollars that turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried to call the store phone number but no one would awnser the phone there. Some thing should be done to make this right. Long johns is one our family's favorite restaurants but this is unexceptable. My ticket number is #1637 time of purchase 5:53pm on April 19th 2022

Looked up the long John silvers online for hours. Said it was open tell 10pm. Got there at 8pm and and they said the inside was closed. Went through the drive through and they said the Long Johns was closed. Even though online said it was open till 10pm. This is sad and pathetic. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.

I went through the drive thru, I wanted to order Long John Silver's but that never happened. I asked what came with the sea shares platter and whomever was working the drive thru was completely rude. I pulled to the side and went in to complain to the manager but she had the same attitude. Wow...what ever happened to customer service? Corporate needs to do something about this place or they won't be open very long with management and staff treating customers rudely. I won't be back!!!!

the food was terrible .the fish was over cooked and very greasy. i bit into the hush puppies and grease poured out. the fries were soggy. the mash potatoes were not to bad but they were instant. the only thing that was good and i could eat was the cole slaw. you should close that place. i will never eat there again
