Panera Bread

I have been to this location several times and the most recent time will probably be my last. I do know what the problem is at this location. I have been to other locations and do not have a problem. This location gives you mostly bread instead of a sandwich. For the money you are paying it's not worth it. If I wanted some slices of good bread I can go to publix. So not happy with this location. From the pics you can see what actually had chicken salad on it

After ordering online and being notified my order was ready for pickup I found the pickup shelf was empty. So I asked the employee behind the counter standing in front of several bagged orders. I was instructed to go back to the empty pickup shelf. A couple minutes later she brought the bags and I took my order. I could have lived with the unfriendly service but is this really how you slice bagels?

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. $29.00 for a lousy meal. Soggy and cold. Bread was old and flat. Only 2 customers in the restaurant. Men and women bathrooms disgusting. My wife and I had our shoes stick to the floor , like it was mopped with dirty water. Dining area had trash on the floor. 5 staff members cackling behind the counter doing nothing. No one cares about service or what they served.I’m going to rethink paying $29.00 for this garbage. I would have been better off going to Culver’s. At least they have a higher standard

I'm on the coffee club. I've been told twice that decaf coffee stops being brewed at 2PM. The whole point of decaf is that you can sleep after drinking it, so, if anything, more decaf should be brewed on the evening. Typically, the coffee is all removed by 8PM, as well as creamers. Tonight, it took another 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. So, my suggestion is keep to decaf brewed and available until closing, along with creamers.

Sitting here for Father's day and paid $51.00 for my husband, daughter and I to eat only to be served a cold grilled mac and cheese sandwich. Took 1 bite and the mac and cheese was cold as if it was never heated. Asked for a new one that was hot. They declined and said there's a microwave over on the counter if I wanted it to be heated up. Will not return to this location. Happy to spend my money elsewhere on a regular basis.

Panera Bread is always a healthier fast food option and honestly love their Greek salad and onion soup combo, their bagels and pastry items along with a coffee or tea are always yummy too. However, I feel their portions have become smaller while their pricing has ridiculously inflated. Doesn't balance out in my opinion.

I ordered rapid pick up and received my order timely, but it was missing both coffees. Got the cups and proceeded to fill the coffees only to find no Hazulnut blend, no cream or 2 %, no milk products at all, and had to ask several times for it to be refilled. On mornings when Karen isn't there, the place goes downhill.

Very bad customer service I ended up with cold food unfortunately. They did offer to replace the meal however I didn’t have time to wait for the new meal. Have not given up hope and I hope this is a one off incident as I have been to Panera many times in the past and came out with a smile on my face.
