Flamingo Diner

Family has gone to this place since they were originally in the stand alone building up the street. Food was always good, service excellent. Moved away for awhile and we've come back..The first time back the food was exceptional (breakfast) and the younger guys that work there are very friendly, know when to ask if you needed anything. Last weekend we went and had the older lady. She didn't listen to anything we ordered. Asked for rye toast dry, received buttered white toast, gravy on the side, smothered on the food, no peppers, received peppers! This is just 2 meals. If you cannot remember what people order...please write it down...then repeat back the order. Pretty simple! Have been around food, cooking, fine, mid road dining for many years and know how it should work.

First time visit based on great reviews. I had the Gyro Omelet and my wife had Breakfast Burrito. Both were well prepared and tasted good. Server was friendly and helpful. Coffee was weak if you are used to a stronger Latin cup of coffee. Overall good experience, we will be back. Recommend you try them out.
