Smoothie machine was broken, so I ordered an iced latte. Jamie, the person working the counter, managed to fix the machine and came up to me with a small smoothie. She was incredibly nice and I know I will absolutely be choosing this McDonald’s over other fast food in the future! :)

I'm not sure who sees these reviews, but McDonalds needs to do better for their employees as a whole. Im just leaving this review here because this is where i was when the issue happened.
I had issues getting deals to load on the app for the .50 double cheeseburger deal. I went into the restaurant to see if there was an in-person solution. While waiting there were multiple people experiencing the same issue. Some got it to load, some didn't. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app it still didn't work. I asked for manager assistance and the assistant manager informed me there was nothing that could be done unless it was ordered from the app. Am i bummed i couldnt get a .50 burger? Sure. But i recognize that it is not the employees fault. My biggest complaint is that there wasn't anything put into place to protect the employees from irate people due to an app issue. I left the restaurant disappointed i couldnt get my app deals to work, but someone else might not shrug it off. A code or coupon could have been sent out to the stores for managers to authorize use of should there be technical issues. We all know how "reliable" technology is, and the lack of preparation to better help their employees is disappointing.

The girl with the purple ombré hair is very sweet and seemed happy to take my order. I got my free fries yesterday and they were hot and crispy, and also very well salted!! only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is because sometimes they get my order wrong, but I know things happen. They also added a lot of m&ms to my McFlurry so I was super pleased :))

They were mopping the inside when I arrived. A floor sign said it was wet. I was the only one inside st the time. They were working hard in the back and nobody was at the counter. The lady says I should order on the kiosk. I found everything quick enough but dont really like touching what everybody else has already. The food was hot and ready quickly. It was also fresh, not stale with a hard Biscuit like most mcdonalds. As I was eating another gentleman went to order and was asked to use the kiosk, he decided to leave instead. A third customer had issues with the kiosk. I think the idea of the kiosk was good, but people want what we are used to. This shouldn't reflect on this place. They were excellent.

Our food order was accurate and fresh. The restaurant was neat, clean, and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

If you have children this is the place to go on a windy/rainy/snowy days. I really appreciate the indoor play ground where kids can eat and play while I enjoy a cup of coffee.
