Horrible. They allowed us to place a mobile order for pickup and we ordered 2 original recipe chicken dinners and a sandwich. Cost was over $30. Said pick was ready at 9:29 pm. I entered and they said I'll have to wait its not ready. They took payment from me. Then proceeded to make us wait 25 minutes for our order. Then the rude older female manager comes to me and says. We can make your sandwich but thats it. We're out of all chicken. Not one piece left. This after they charged me for the order and made us wait 25 minutes before they decide to tell us no chicken...they gave some hard stale cold chicken tenders in place of our chicken meal and offered no break on price or free drink or pie for the inconvenience. Nothing not even an apology. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

This is my first time order in there and this will be my last time order in there , because this my mobile order when I got there I still waiting for another ten to fifteen minutes and have bad customer service .and I order a $30 bucket of 10 pieces feast and there no bucket and no Pepsi . If I could I will give them 1/3 of a star. Not recommend for people who hurry . If you go there be sure check it before leaving out don’t waste your gas going back.

I've been here a couple of times,employees are awesome &so is service ,but for what I spend,I'm not going back ....first time I went there , they really soldme burnt chicken,😡😡this time I bought the 8pc.dinner 2 chicken breasts on top were freshly cooked the other tiny six pieces were cold &shriveled....😡😡biscuits were stale,&the 2 large side orders of fries were almost halfway full,almost..🤯sorry kfc,I won't mind not returning.
