Mcdonald's

I know it may be hard to not hire incompetent people for the job but this was just ridiculous. I went to the drive thru and started to place my order as the lady taking the order did the whole "may I take your order" deal. I started my order and paused briefly, just so I can make sure the person taking the order was inputting the order. The lady said, "what?? Sorry what would you like?". That's expected, I know the person taking the order usually handles the transactions at the window so I was not mad. But I completed the order and the lady said that she have the total at the window in which I said "thank you" and made my way to the window to pay. There was a car in front of me, which was not a big deal at all. Once it was my turn to drive up and pay at the window, the lady looked at me in shock and said, "um... you're supposed to order first and then I tell you to come to the window." I was in disbelief as I just placed the order with the lady. I explained i just ordered and she explained that she could take my order at the window. She was looking at me like I was the dumb one or the one that messed up. Instead of yelling at her or explaining how rude she was and how incapable she was at handling the job she has if she can not even pay attention to an order, I decided to take my leave and go somewhere else. Hope whoever got my order enjoyed it.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but be grateful for the one I did give. I ordered 80 nuggets and only got 60, I asked for honey mustard and I only got BBQ, and the way the cheeseburgers were wrapped was just God awful, the patties were out of the wrapper, the bags were wet on the bottom and with the nuggets I did get, there was some gross stuff on the boxes that was sticky. Very gross, very low quality.

Got the order wrong again. Asked for extra ketchup and mustard and they did not put anything extra, plus the quarter pounder was old. Forgot 3 of the 4 fries we ordered and the one we did receive wasn't fully cooked... Still white. Also forgot 10 piece (half of the 20 piece) nugget. I know, I should of checked before Ieft the parking lot. Spent over $30 there and wish we'd of stopped somewhere else. Ridiculously horrible.

I honestly was blown away by how fast they made my food this morning. By the time I had put my change back in my wallet at the register and walked 3 steps to the other end if the counter they handed me my food. I thought surely they made a mistake because they went so fast but nope all of my food was there and the correct number of sauces I asked for and napkins. I was very impressed. Good job McDonalds, good job!

The worst experience I've ever had. 25 minute wait, was overcharged, and not only got the wrong food, but also had buffalo sauce all over the inside of my bag. Chicken nuggets stuck together even. And all they offered was an extra buffalo sauce. Service was terrible, girl was hanging out the window talking to the boys in the car ahead and holding up the line while the manager was visibly 5 feet away. I am very disappointed. The only positive thing was the manager refunded the overcharge without question.
