Mcdonald's

This McDonalds is kind of ghetto. Lots of undesirables sitting outside asking everyone for money. There's even a person posted at the drive through. It gets really crowded and slow during the breakfast rush hour. I don't have any issues with the food, except you can never order any ice creams, soft serve, milkshakes and flurries because their ice cream machine is NEVER working or they just don' t want to meticulously clean it. I dont have any problems with the staff. You can sit and dine inside now and pre order from their new kiosks located right inside. This McDonalds is located at 1009 N. Wilson Way in Stockton.

I ordered online and was planning curbside pikup but even after I told the app I had already arrived I waited 10minutes and had to go inside. I got my food after another 6 minutes then ordered a tea while waiting one of the employees was making very yummy very large ice creams the customer refused them and the crew member toss them in the trash I told him he'll I would have been super happy with the job he did making them he asked if I wanted on and proceeded to make another large yummy cone that hw then handed me free . The one employee changed my entire attitude towards this staff at least at that

Bad customer service in the drive thru. And then I was told to park and wait for my food and there are already cars parked in these spaces where i was told to park. Finally when I received my son's happy meal there were no apple slices, which I had chosen and is on my receipt, and no toy! My son is on the spectrum and looks forward to both these items and when they were not there it was quite upsetting for him.

Ordered two meals one for me and one for my daughter. They forgot pretty much everything inside my daughter's kids meal. No fries, no apple slices, no milk and the watermelon slushy for her teeth since th y where hurting her. Does your staff even read what their supposed to be packing at all?? Their manager so wack, they can't even reply back to any reviews!

Kiosk couldn't read my card so I went to the counter and waited over 5 minutes before a crew member asked if I had been helped yet. I had a number for the food to be brought out but I had to go back up to the counter to get the food then go back to get the drinks...not to big of a deal if it weren't for the fact I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me. High chairs were dirty and sticky too. AND MY FRIES WERE COLD!!! Unorganized, unprofessional and rude.
