Food was outstanding. Service was great, order to eat there not so nice. One soda machine out of ice go to the other one and its out of lemonade. Setteled for coke, The first table we tried was sticky. Second table kinda crusty. Third table nasty. So boxed it up to eat in the truck ( did complain about the tables) went in to get a soda refill, it was on same gal that I told tables was filthy and she baged my food so I could sit in my clean truck. Told me on a nasty way, NO FREE SODAS Showed her my receipt and reminded her about the dirty tables. She sad don't matter no free soda.. moral of the story is simple ask them to clean the filthy table so you don't get into a argument over a shoul be free soda refill.

The burgers are great, however since they changed their fries, I cannot justify spending $15 on a combo. Maybe I need to lay off fast food. Customer service was cool though.

The Wendy's on Hammer and Lower Sac in Stockton Ca, this is the 2nd time they got my order wrong. 1st time they were very busy, long line of cars. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time I was the only one in the drive thru. The person who took my payment told me to get my receipt at the 2nd window. The guy ignored me, closing the window with his back turned. I'd like to say 3rd times the charm, but I'm not gonna waste my money. Never going back to that location. At least during the night shift.

Spent 31 dollars but the entire order was wrong. They did offer to replace which was kind, but I am reminded of why we do not do fast food often...

This was my first time at this location and I WON'T BE RETURNING! Firstly, no one acknowledged me while I stood at the cash register for a while. A few employees, including the manager looked up at me and then went back to work. I had to say excuse me to get someone to help. Secondly, the manager had her young son there while trying to work and kept having to stop to give him instructions to sit down and lastly, 2 younger employees were talking negatively about my order and then stopped when they saw that I was watching. They all seemed to have the same attitude like us customers were annoying them. I gracefully said thank you so much as I walked out the door.

Just got done working a 12 hour day. Didn't get a chance to eat. Went to wendys at 11:30p and the line extended into the food4less parking lot. Waited 45 mins to order 2 bacon double stacks PLAIN. I drove off and got home to discover I got 2 regular ones. I hate ketchup and vegetables on my burger. So I got spend $7 to line my trash can with your food and I get to go without food tonight. Thanks wendys appreciate it. Hope everyone on your staff gets covid
