Burger King

I’m not normally one to care enough about bad service to leave a review. I am also aware this pandemic has over worked a lot of people, that being said the lack of customer service at this place is really noticeable. Nobody came onto the speaker to greet/give an opportunity to me to check in for my mobile order (short staffed likely so no big deal there) decided to pull to the window after 5 mins only because there was someone on the side of the building yelling and it got weird. Once the order was ready the lady who brought the food to the window seemed so irritated and didn’t say anything, thanked her for her service anyway and was met with her looking me dead in my face and sliding the window closed. I understand she could have been going through something but it just gave me bad vibes and I was honestly nervous to eat my food after that. Got home and literally everything in the order was wrong (wasn’t a super intricate order just taking out lettuce on the sandwiches).

I'm so fed up with this, I usually get burger king because the food is good and cheap, but there are times where I just can't take it anymore today I got 2 original chicken sandwiches with no mayo and guess what it came with mayo AND IT DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH SOME LETTICE so I was so mad that I crumpled the paper up with the chicken sandwich in it. So please burger king make sure that you understand the order and make it correct.

Disgusting. First order was wrong. Was told I got what I ordered. Show her the receipt and she rudly said what do you want me to do. Well make the right thing. 20 minutes later a door on the side of kitchen opened and our correct (wrong) was handed to a customer in line to order and told her to bring to us. Opened my burger and it hat a bite taken out of it. The people across from saw me open it and said that I'd disgusting. Took them back again same gal said you took a bite out of it. The people across from us told her. No I saw him open it. She argued and. Allen a liar asked for manager she said I am the manager. Asked for number to districy manager she said he is here I will get him several minutes later again no help she said he is not here. Some else came out and said she was the manager. Showed her she took them and the receipt threw in the trash and gave a refund. Still not happy mean time I puked twice in the restroom She finally gave me the disrtict managers phone number. Still no resolve. Called burger King customer support and still no help

Never ever again will I go to this fast food Burger joint again it is located in Stockton California at the corner of March Lane and Pershing avenue. Well I'm waiting for my food there was a female who was quote freaking out grabbing the advertisement placed on the tables and tearing them up she was talking to herself walking from corner to corner and hiding her face in the corner and talking out loud. When she started to tear up the advertisements again I told the clerk that she needed to call the police and have her escorted out due to the fact that there was a mother with three children in the dining room and which one of the small children stated that he was scared. The person that told me to mind my own business and threaten me with violence. Again I told the Burger King employee to call the police and what she stated not to worry about it that this was a daily occurrence with this person and that she was a female and was harmless. New paragraph first of all I do not go to Burger King to be threatened with violence. This is a good case in regards to mental health obviously this young lady needed help and get people look at her if though it is okay to threaten people and scare people. Nice job Burger King employees. I called Burger King to complain about this incident and talk to a young lady who could barely understand English I don't know if it did any good but hopefully it did I was told that the manager of that location would call me to discuss the incident and have not heard from anyone from Burger King within the last 3 days if you go there be careful
