Went in to the Sterling location to get an iced coffee remade from the Leominster location, all I asked was if I could get it remade as it tasted very burnt. The girl that helped me first response was to have major attitude and state that she would have to charge me as she did not make the mistake. Never once did I say she made the mistake, literally stated i got it at another location, and never once did I say it to be free. I asked if it was possible.
I understand she did not make the mistake and I understand I would have to pay for the coffee to be remade but what I had an issue with was the fact of the attitude for no reason and automatically saying she didn’t make the mistake as if I blamed her and demanded a free coffee. Attitude was definitely not needed as I was very nice to start and after the fact.
When I was working at dunkins a few years ago to my understanding if a coffee was made wrong or tasted bad you were able to bring it to any location to have it remade, no attitude included. Maybe it’s changed but maybe it should be told or advertised better, especially if it includes attitude.

Service was ok, I asked the employee for some extra coffee cream and I thought I was asking for her right arm or something, it was like I was putting her out of her way! Coffee was awful, burnt taste, for iced coffee, so I will NOT visit this Dunkin again!!

Delicious flavored coffees & lattes and yummy donuts, like those little munchkins. Also recommending trying the snacking bacon, it's really good, it's crispy bacon that's sweet with just the right amount of course black pepper.

Went into the store and wasn't helped because, "we're timed on getting the drive thru orders done". Why allow people to walk inside if they're not going to be helped? I made the point of how it would look if I called to complain about not being helped and the employee slammed down what she had in her hand, huffed and rolled her eyes. Why would anyone want to buy anything from them? Long wait, attitude and inconvenience. No thank you. Why not lock your doors and make it known you only serve drive thru customers like the Holden Dunks?

The morning crew is the best. They never fail to get my order right and they're typically very friendly. The afternoons however, its a different story. There's a select few I hope don't take my order because 1. They usually get it wrong and 2. They're not very friendly.

All of the workers here, with the exception of one of the younger girls, are intolerably miserable, lazy, and disgustingly rude. I have tried talking to a manager named Maria and an assistant manager named Sally, but both were just awful! They treat their only two good workers terribly and I am outraged by how awful this place is. Hopefully they get shut down soon, no teenager should have to work in those conditions.

I'm not usually keen on ratings a large chain, but the staff at this Sterling D&D is so friendly. I drive out of my way to visit this location.
