Ordered a Baconator and fries. Baconater had no bacon. That's like ordering a glass of water and just getting the glass. It was quickly remedied and both were hit and tasty (giggity).

Super friendly service via the drive-thru. I must say that Linda, who collects the money at the drive-thru, is possibly the sweetest most professional employee I've seen at a fast food restaurant. This is no easy task at a busy location. Kudos to Linda for always being GREAT!

Work near by and eat here often Hawn the manger forgive me if I spelled his name wrong was great deal for 2 for 6 dollars maybe guy was new but gave me 2 chicken when I wanted the dave's burgers called and told what happen and the were replaced with no problems thanks !

They all deserve raises... if I had had it on me I would have each given them $1,000 a piece.

Good service, but still seems a little slow. I received the sandwich as I customized it. No mayonnaise and jalapenos on a spicy chicken sandwich. I was able to use a coupon for the drink.

A very pleasant experience at the Wendy's restaurant located in Potomac Run Plaza in Sterling, VA off Route 7. At first,I was at the drive-thru, but I asked if diving in was possible once confirmed, I parked and proceeded inside where I ordered the Number two, the Baconator with three straps of hamburger meat. It was a combo with fries and a drink. Once, I received my meal the assistant manager came to soak with me because I was taking pictures. He was very nice and asked why I was taking pictures. We got into a great conversation as I explained I was a Google Maps z Local Guide, visiting restaurants and providing my opinion of my overall experience. He was very pleased and gave me the background of this particular Wendy's, which had been at this location for about thirty years. In addition, two years ago the store went through a renovation, which explains why the place was so immaculate as far as cleanliness. He explained that every fifteen minutes they clean the facility for customers and maintaining their COVID-19 regulations. In any case, I was very satisfied with my visit and the hospitality demonstrated. The did was good, the service above average and the management's effort to ensure I was going to enjoy my visit.

This is pretty well managed compared to other fast food establishments in Sterling. When things go wrong at the drive-thru (and they do), the Manager on duty usually takes care of it in a flash, with no attitude or push-back. As a result, service is above par.
