First time dining in at the new location and Zachary took care of me. He was very kind, knowledgeable of the menu, and was working non-stop throughout the entire time I was there! Very impressed with that young man and his work ethic. The food was excellent and fresh as well! (I wanted to do the survey on my receipt but I misplaced it.)

It is hit or miss with this franchise location. I wish they had more consistency. My fries were hard and cold by the time I walked out the door to my truck. We ordered a Cajun fries and we got seasoned fries instead. The wings weren't as flavorful as they were last week. Will I return and give them another go? Yes, I just keep hoping for more consistency.

I’ve been here twice the last 3 months. The first time my order was incorrect and I had to get a refund. This time I ordered online and went to pick up in store. When I arrived on time for my order, I was told it would be an extra 5-10 min. Well it ended up taking an extra 30 minutes for a total of 1hr on a order than said it would take 16-21 minutes. While waiting on the order, I sat there and watched every worker sitting in the back playing around. Scaring each other walking through doors, working with ear pods in, sitting around laughing and joking not doing anything. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever went here and been happy with the service and food as a whole. This is too expensive to have the type of service and food quality it consistently puts out. Whoever owns this location needs to do some changes. Absolutely pathetic.

Ordered on Saturday and when we got back discovered we were missing 10 wings. Called and we're told they were too busy to correct it and would be 45 to an hour to make them. I was told I would be refunded later that day and never was I was contacted by the corporate office and told I'd receive a gift certificate for the issue and never did. Now I'm being ignored when I ask
