Not sure how I have missed stopping into this place during my many trips to Steamboat. I certainly was missing out on great food and friendly service. I have now been three times in four days. Breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong. In addition to the great food and service the inside restaurant space has a clean, warm and welcoming feel.

Local. Been here several times. I’m ALWAYS impressed with every meal I get. Today I paid $11 for the veggie pita that was LOADED with fresh greens, artichokes, and two perfectly cooked eggs. $11!! This place is fantastic!

If location is everything, The Paramount wins for that. Otherwise, it's huge portions of somewhat decent food. But the staff was friendly, food came out fairly quick, and after spending $110 for four of us, we were in and out within 30min. Probably would only go there again if I was already in the Village and grabbing something quick.

Once we discovered The Paramount’s delicious breakfast, we ate here every morning. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We almost grabbed fast food breakfast when we were leaving town on our last day, but then decided that was a terrible idea and ate on last breakfast before we hit the road. I would highly recommend the egg BLT or stuffed French toast.

Good vibe when it's not busy, food is good at a good price but won't blow your mind, drinks are average and there are a small selection. Hours are short, and you have to wait in a line to order that's often long. Unfortunately it's often overrun with children.

The biggest and tastiest club sandwich I’ve ever had. An amazing grilled cheese as well. I have a feeling anything you get here will be pretty darn good! Great friendly service as well, so give it a try!

So stoked about the Paramount! They have delicious sandwiches at great prices. Super sweet staff and eating here helps support a small local business. I got the turkey sammy which came with avocado and tons of roasted peppers. Beautiful thick cut bread toasted and BUTTERED. For only $12 this sandwich was enough to fill me and my guy after a long day of skiing. Can't wait to go back, thank you!
