My Thai

Before they moved locations their food was awesome. I thought their curry was the best in town. A month or so ago I told my family about how good they were and we decided to order. Got two of the lemongrass chicken for almost $15 each...it came as one burnt piece of chicken on ice burg lettuce and tasted nothing like lemongrass. My pad Thai was okay but probably my least favorite I’ve ever had. When my boyfriend called to complain about the burnt chicken an hour long ordeal followed. Several times they set down the phone without warning. Told us we had to drive the food back in the morning to get a refund. And finally agreed to get our money back if we didn’t write a bad review. I would have given the food another chance, but because of the terrible customer service we will never be going back.

Walked in, ordered and paid already online—was there just for pickup. Pickup was at 1:07, it was 1:20. Lady behind counter and young boy helping in dining room. Stood at counter for 5 mins, no greeting, no eye contact for a takeout order that was already paid for. Finally I said, can I pick up my paid for food? Seemed rude, very poor customer service. This hurts business. You have very good food which is why I gave a 2 but without friendly, helpful people in the front your business will go down like a beautiful boat with a leak. Thought I should share for owners/managers. Maybe one of you should do more training out front.
