The food was very good however the experience of the service was what made me give the 2 star instead of 5. Went in for dinner at 7pm and was told they were closing so we felt very rushed when ordering our food even though the website said they close at 9pm. Than we ask for our check and surprisingly all these extra fees were added. I was charged extra than the items being presented on the menu. When asked, was told that the new menu was being imported internationally but the price has gone up. So be aware and always check your receipt. Almost pay $20 extra if I haven’t confronted the waitress. I have attached images of the two check. Before and after the confrontation.

I found a bug (roach?) in my pick-up order. The worst part is it was inside a veggie dumpling. I took a bite, felt something crunchy, and spat it out. There it was - a half eaten bug. 🤢🤢🤢 Probably the most horrifying eating experience I have ever had. Now I am also paranoid that bugs have traveled home with me in their containers.

I won’t even give one star. Extremely rude and disrespectful service. I called them at 7.30PM and asked whether I can reserve a table for 3. A lady picked up my call and said yes you can be anytime by 8.15. I was there just before 8.15. They gave me a seat and gave menu cards & also offered water. Then another service guy arrived in front of me and asked me to leave and said we don’t take dine-ins after 8. I was confused for a minute and left the restaurant. I felt very bad at the moment. I and my friends came from Norwalk and we very disappointed by the service. I would never visit this restaurant again and would never recommend anyone else as well.

Extremely slow service and people working there seem to not wanting to be there at all the time. Plus although most dishes were above average the execution on some of the dishes was well below part. For example, the scallion pancake had no scallion and the bottom part was very oily and greasy, seems that it was left too long in the oil. There is a lot of room for improvement but I’d go back. Additionally no chinese beer on the menu !!!!

bad customer service; hurried to arrive and order the food by 8:15 (confirmed it by calling them). One of the waitress greeted and allocated a table for us. however the manager and the other service guy refuted to take an order and confronted that they do not take an order after 8. Such a shameless manager and worst customer service. never going to go back to that place.
