Genuinely the best REAL Chinese Food I've had in ages! Really authentic, really tasty, soooo good that I miss it already. Everything is cooked fresh, even the delicious seafood dumplings 🥟 I had, so go early to avoid missing out. Thank you Min, I enjoyed my visit from Newcastle even more after finding your lovely restaurant.

I’m in Stafford for 6 weeks working the Shakespeare festival at the Castle and I wish I’d discovered Min earlier. Her authentic Chinese dumplings are amazing! The beef ones are fresh and the chicken great (pork, veg and seafood also available). They are the star attraction of this very small menu. I have also had the fried rice; beef, chicken and pork of which I’d say the spicy beef is best but the others are also great (noodles are available). Don’t come in looking for “British” Chinese food, the kitchen is right there and very very small. Min only has the dumplings she’s prepared that morning and when they are gone they are gone so come in early and have the Dumplings!!!
