Wendy's

I love the service at this location and the employees especially "Hunter Johnson". He's always so nice & friendly with us. He always makes sure to offers the best quality and service! You do not find many helpful/friendly employees these days especially at fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place; just exceptional. Best Wendy's in Houston hands down..

I just pulled up and its gonna take 6 min to get my item...nobody in line...i drive by here alot...not busy...i can see why now...jack in the box would have been done by now ..all i ordered was a biscuit combo...btw actually waited 10 min the f man...and they had the other customers order with her so I'm guessing she literally let my order sit there

The worst fast-food experience ever. Took 37 min to get my 4 sandwish meals order, with two of them messed up (wrong items) even though there are just a few customers there. After about 30 min while I still had no clues when I can get the rest of my food, I talked to the casher and asked to cancel that sandwich for a return because I don't have enough time to wait in this place, they refused, with bad manners, and said they made mistakes because they are also human beings. I know human beings make mistakes, but human beings should be responsible too. A merchant cannot blame the customer because of their own faults. Will never go to any Wendy's thanks to this bad experience.

I can see why this location has a low rating! The person taking the orders had an attitude and doesn't know the first thing about quality customer service. I asked for my receipt and she said they don't have receipts...seriously??! I won't go to this location again...I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

Do not order delivery from this location. My order has been wrong the last 5 times I ordered. Thank God DoorDash refunds the money. I called to complain and the “manager” said I had to come in while she’s working to get a free salad. If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn’t pay for delivery. The people working there are incompetent, unable to read an order, or just plain don’t care about their jobs.

Good courteous service by the cashier she even advised about a meal for the 3 children. The only thing that displeased me was the loud conservation and when I placed a second order it took a long time because everyone was talking and at the drive thru window having conversation while myself and another customer were watching and waiting.
