I ordered a Big Breakfast with an Extra order of Bacon which is 2 more slices. When I get home and open my order they only put 2 and 1/2 Slices of Bacon in it! But charged me for 2 additional ones. Then look at the size of the eggs they are shrunken from their normal size of the past. The line and the order takers are not checking for accuracy and management should be supervising this repeated problem.

Asked them to cook my fries longer because they have been soggy and wasn’t cooked in the middle all way. Still got the same thing. Also their ice cream machine has been out for months

We ordered at drive through for a hamburger happy meal and a double cheeseburger. They asked us pull over to the curbside spot. We waited there for 20 minutes until we got our food. It was not only us. Several cars were told to wait there. We ended up going inside and there was line of angry customers not answered. Very unorganized McDonald. Do not come.

I order 2 hash browns for breakfast and sadly they where burnt. Unfortunately they where to busy to drop a new batch for me. Even though I was willing to wait so I left. I will say the older lady working the front was doing her best to take care of everyone coming into the lobby. The rest of the staff seemed to be just standing around “looking busy”.

Bad behavior and customer service from the manager. Too darn lazy to work. Busy playing with her hair or entertaining her own friends rather than serve customers in store. Management will ask you to go outside and place your order while the store is empty of customers and was told " can't you see that we are busy.....(while playing with her hair).....she said you want something go outside and order.......WELL SHOULD HAVE NOT EXPECTED ALOT FROM THERE.........FAST FOOD BAD SERVICE......

I preordered on their mobile app, arrived at curbside just to sit the for 30 mins and still did not receive my order. So I go inside and waited another 15 mins just to speak to someone and almost got skipped over but I refuse to allow that to happen and made my presence known. My order was never made so that meant I had to wait another 5-10 mins for a super simple order

I really only get breakfast on Saturday mornings, when it's my turn to cook...lol. I either get the big breakfast or the egg and cheese biscuit with their coffee. Its the best coffee I've taste from a restaurant.
I gave it 3 stars only because they forget my coffees 50% of the time.

I'm glad they hire special needs people for the drive through but when I ask for no onions it's for a reason. Please get the F ingredients order right, I'm am deathly allergic to onions. MAY 3RD 2022 10:26PM. THANKS FOR TRYING BIT DO BETTER. I SAID IT TWICE.
