Applebee's

Very clean, well cared for location. Let me say this before anything else...this location was super well run! The staff was all polite, organized and focused on the customer experience. Not often I can that right now but top to bottom a well oiled machine. Seated quickly and politely by a young man with a deep voice that actually took the time to ask about our kids and if we need a high chair or booster seat. He also ensured we had utensils...a pretty big deal for us. After being seated our server was with us in moments to get our drink order and care for us. She was polite and friendly even though her section was busy. She got our drinks to us and then got our food order placed. Food was hot, fresh AND accurate. Our kids orders were correct and my spouse's was also. Refills were cared for at a decent pace and most importantly our youngest child was not without a full cup. We ended out by allowing our children to order dessert and the server was polite and got the dessert order back to the kids very quickly. Check was provided in a timely manner and to go boxes came back with my credit card. Not an Applebee's person normally and I can say if all Applebee's are run this well they will become a stop more regular for us.

Great staff/service here! We tried three desserts - the triple chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, the brownie bite with ice cream, and the pecan cake with ice cream. All were excellent and a great value. Especially the $1.99 brownie bite. We also had the mozzarella sticks, they had half off appetizers late night. Open until 2am every day.

The people are nice, but the wait times are kind of ridiculous. My little sisters food took an hour to be ready. The staff is very kind and even waived the price of the plate, but these wait times are just too long. It was for a birthday dinner so we usually start eating once everyone gets their food so everyone's food got cold waiting for my little sisters plate. I felt incredibly bad by the end of the night because the cost of dinner was around $100 and it did not feel worth it at all

I was working all day. Plus I had just moved this same day. So I finally went to get myself a drink and a bite to eat. I ordered the Shrimp Bowl and a margarita (DELICIOUS as well). When I tell you that my food was delicious, I MEAN IT!!!! I couldn't believe that the chef was still making food taste this good and fresh this late towards the night (it was almost midnight).... And the service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Josephina was very attentive, not just to me but everyone else at the bar, tables AND the pick up & delivery people. She is an amazing asset to the company. I will be back anytime she's there! Gracias😘

There is a weird odor to compliment the dirty place. Their draft beer is rarely working and tastes off when it does. They are constantly out of menu items if you can get past the smell, dirty tables and overall filthy atmosphere long enough to eat. Honestly I am not sure how this place is able to function so poorly under the Applebees brand. I very rarely complain about places because I understand how hard the industry is but this one definitely warrants corporate intervention. If I could rate it lower I would this is definitely not a place that should be visited by anyone if they have any other option.
