Jamba Juice

So Jamba wasn’t exactly busy when I went in, but there were several people waiting... and waiting. After the woman at the counter took my order, I ended up being one of those waiting. Those waiting since I had gotten there were still waiting at least 10 minutes after my order was placed. There looked to be only two people working in the back. Needless to say, the wait seemed unprecedented. Once I finally got my smoothie, it was meh. Consistency was fine, flavors were bland/generic. Save yourself some time and money, and head up the road to the Orange Peel for cheaper, better tasting drinks.

I ordered a matcha from the st george location today. This order came out wrong. I asked for a reorder that ended up still being wrong and I was asked to pay. Instead of being upset I just ordered a different drink that was supposed to be plant based. An employee poured real milk into the blender and didn’t bother to be honest about it. This all sounds bad but I didn’t get upset I just emailed into the store. The manager called me back right away. Refunded my drink, apologized and offered to make me a new drink personally. While it wasn’t the best experience I know everyone has bad days and they still did everything they could to make it right. I’m not sure I’d go back with the same employees working but I would recommend Jamba Juice as a great place for smoothies lunch and breakfast that as a company does there best for there customers. Workers are all so sweet. Smoothies are always made so quickly. Our favorite smoothies are the Greens & Ginger and the Aloha Pineapple with vitamins. And we love the ginger shots and turmeric shots. The snack we always get is the waffle. So delicious!!!! Jamba juice on River road is definitely our favorite smoothie place.

The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and fairly quick. They had 4 drinks ahead of mine and some others that looked like they were probably online orders. I haven't been to Jamba in probably over 15+ years so I was a little surprised when my peach smoothie wasn't very sweet. It seems as if they have moved to a healthier approach and do not use added sugars to the smoothies. Which I am sure is great for those watching their sugar intake but I would have liked to know if adding sugar or even honey was available. I have a gift card so I will probably be back but I will definitely be seeing if they can sweeten it up a bit.
