Dunkin'

I really like to leave good reviews but I have to be honest. We went inside to dine...the table was dirty and I had to clean it myself. We used the kiosk to place our order, while doing so I observed the lady behind the counter with her head down ON the counter as if she was napping. Really unprofessional and it made me wonder if she was sick. When we got our order, my frozen coffee was supposed to be a shake like consistency but it was more like iced coffee. All that being said, it was VERY tasty and the staff was polite.

This Dunkin has its ups and downs as any restaurant but more downs than ups. They constantly make your drinks wrong and nothings ever fresh, it’s like they are serving food from the prior day. If you are in the area I highly recommend you take the drive to the dunkin on 207, that restaraunt is clean and seem like the employee actually have adequate training.

We went in to find out we had to order and pay at a kiosk. The kiosk didn't work properly. When I told the women behind the counter she brushed me off and said it will be a while because they were busy. We stood there waiting for a while, got annoyed and walked out. Guess they didn't need our business.

Sign says use the kiosk, they can't use the register, order what shows from the kiosk, and pay at the kiosk, then they tell you they don't have any left of what you paid for and can't use the register, no refund. But when suggested to put up a sign on the kiosk warning g of that they say it is what it is. Is that acceptable to anyone?

I’m a local in St. Augustine who works in the service industry, so I hate to leave bad reviews. However, this location consistently messes up orders and has terrible service. This is even more aggravating when I usually place mobile orders so there is no miscommunication. The correct label will be on the cup with almost always the wrong drink. Only location in the area with these problems which is sad as it is one of the most convenient locations.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee with cream and sugar. I get my coffee and I said I ordered a sandwich too. Woman got hostile in my face demanding a receipt indicating I'm lying to her. Immediately a woman showed up with my food and hostile worker said oh. And BTW... Hostile worker put artificial sweeteners in my coffee rather than regular sugar, and the label and receipt said regular sugar.
