Subway

This "threat" note to the staff is made very visible to the customers and I dont know how I feel about it. This manager is kinda crazy. "Its not ok to dump the tea down the front sink but it's totally fine for me to talk to you like this". No wonder they cant keep employees long. This is absolutely unprofessional.

Rude employees. I rode 7 miles in the heat this morning (92) and All I needed was a cup of ice because they didn't have a fountain drink I liked. I waited in line and she gave me a very small cup. I had wanted a large cup and was willing to pay for it. Most places are either free or at most they charge .50. They said if I wanted a larger cup it would be 2.25. I'll never go back to that store.

I've been coming here occasionally for about a year and up until today I've had good subs. I don't know what kind of day the sandwich maker had or if they were just being lazy, but I requested (and paid for) extra sauces. I get home only to find they put a dime sized amount of each sauce I requested on the sub. That alone made me change my 4 star rating to a 1 star, and the likelihood of me going back to that particular shop is slim.

Totally wrong sub ingredients, other than 1 was a footlong and the other is a 6-inch, they did include the cookies we ordered for our sons. The shift manager insinuated that we're either lying or that Doordash gave us the wrong order. We spoke to the shift manager, around 6:45 pm, on 7/20. She refused to refund our payment, was rude, and basically called us liars. Putting the blame on Doordash. She also said she trusts her employees more than her customers. What kind of customer service and managerial skills does this person have??? The only option she gave us is to drive to their store and return the subs. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering through Doordash.

I have been to Subways all over the country and have been quite pleased with their salads. Today I visited the subway in st Augustine beach and ordered my usual salad. Atrocious. Pathetic. I was not able to be given more than a half a handful of lettuce and a few pieces of spinach leaves as the base of my salad and no salad dressing offered. It was barely an appetizer. Very very disappointed and still hungry.

Went to this location to get dinner and was stunned by unbelievably nasty and poor customer service by the male worker who was claiming he is the manager of the store. I asked him if he can toast the sandwiches for my kids. He told me that he can’t because it will get burned. I answered that I am surprised because I always get my kids sandwiches toasted in subway and nobody ever objected and it never got burned. From nowhere he suddenly became very nasty saying “ I am a manager here and I said I cannot toast it”. He used very nasty tone of voice that was escalating. I doubt he was manager since he had no customer service skill or did not know how to even talk to people. This person had obviously very dangerous anger issues and should not be working anywhere where it involves contact with people. We just walked away and ended up eating at fabulous local burger place. No customer should encounter such a nasty attitude like this guy had.

Ordered a steak with cheese toasted. Asked for ketchup. Sandwich maker said they don't have any. I asked if they were out and she said they don't get requests for it. Really? Two types of mustard but no ketchup?So is it too costly to carry or just bad management? Help was also not friendly. Soda machine not dispensing and restrooms closed. For the prices they charge, need to do much better.
