I've been to this location plenty of times and everyone is always very sweet and helpful. I went there today and was greeted by so many people and it was very nice. I love going to Publix, but this one is by far the best one! I haven't lived in St Augustine for long but have net some amazing people, especially the employees at Publix! Thank you all so much for being so kind and going above and beyond what you have to do

My late mother used to work at Publix Supermarkets. She retired after 20 years of employment due to illness. Mission Trace Publix was the last store she worked, starting her employment at the original Publix location that was located next to "K-Mart" back then. I'll always think about my wonderful mama working in the 'Bakery Department' while shopping at Publix, I sure do miss her. I Love You Mama Jackie "MeMaw" Horton!

Publix is so much better than other options. Free fruit and cookies for kids, fresh meats and veggies, and excellent produce department. Not to mention, Sushi and subs are amazing 😋

My Aunt had never had Publix Chicken... lol but she had Publix Chicken for the first time with their Macaroni Salad. Now she's in love just like the rest of family.

I love publix ❣️ so much , but they are really getting expensive on all their stuff. The only thing's that low class and middle class families can afford is the buy one get one free items. I love their stores and their cleanliness and the quality of their foods, but sometimes their line's are getting very backup and I don't understand why,when you have bagger's.,maybe one or two people could take the chore each hour of taking in the buggies and the other people do the bagging and switch them out, so it's fair to all your worker's. The number one thing I love is your sweet tea!

I have order subs online from this publix ofter, and i would say about 20% of the orders are correct. Some examples would a chicken twnder sub with no buffalo sauce, Italian sub with no oil and vinegar packets (happens very often), and toasting italian and chicken salad subs that were not supposed to be toasted (latest issue).

Like most Publix Supermarket there's a good selection of everything. The only thing I really don't like is that different stores have different layouts. Sometimes this forces me to have to go through the aisles to look for what I need.
