Subway

Food for online order hasnt been warmed up is ice cold even when I arrive before it is to be ready and the cheese is obviously not melted. They have forgotten to leave the drink out. They haven't followed the instructions to not cut the wrap. The wrap is poorly put together. Overall very poor experience and clearly a lazy staff.

I've been to Subways all over the country and I can safely say, this is the worst I have been to as far as customer service. Soviet Russia has friendlier people than the people working at this location. No matter the day, the morning people are ........well.........there. No smile, no hello, no real discernable emotion other than disdain for the fact that you have interuppted them. Will not ever go back. Wrote off the first few visits as Covid related, that can no longer be forgiven. Enough other options in town, use them.

Pretty sad experience this afternoon. Seemed to be busy so I get that part of it, but not a nice remark or smile from either employee. Food was good, service was honestly embarrassing. From the multiple people in front of me, to my own order it was unfriendly and disappointing. Eye rolling, sass, just not what I expected from a sandwich shop in town. I’ll think twice before I go again.

I still cannot believe the rudeness of the young girl working at the Subway in the Springville Walmart. I spent $400 on tires. There is a sign in the tire center that said looking for a comfy place to eat try Subway. So I walk over there as I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for the tire install. I sat down, only person in the place other than a Walmart employee. It was 11am so not quite ready to eat lunch, waiting until 11:30. Subway employee walks up to me, now granted I have not even been sitting there for 2 minutes. She says you need to leave if you are not going to eat. Now I am a 50 year old man and found this very disrespectful. I said I am not ready to eat just yet and there is no one in here. She called the Sheriff s department and wasted there time. I was not rude to her and only told her she had no customer service skills and no common sense. I apologized to the sheriff for wasting his time. I thought I would be dealing with Walmart security. Lesson learned, next time I am at Walmart for 2 hours I will pack a lunch.
