Wrong order, long wait, bad service. We ordered a classic grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing at the drive thru along with other items. The salad came completely wrong, with no dressing, no tomato, no cucumber, no red onion. We didn't have any serviettes in our bag so we had to eat without being able to clean our hands or mouths. To top it off, we had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting bay (during which time 3 or 4 cars arrived, parked, ordered takeaway inside the restaurant and received their food and left) and the staff did not even care to apologise.

The only McDonald's where I had to ask for a refund. I had rocked up to the drive through at 11:30 pm to order a double chicken deluxe meal and their were only 3 cars including me ordering. Took me 10 minutes to get to the pay window and after paying was told to wait in the waiting bay.....for a burger and fries. 15 minutes later of waiting I was approached and told that my order had been given to another customer by mistake. That was the last straw for me. I was told I could wait an additional 10 minutes for them to prepare another one but I insisted on not giving them my money and asked for a refund. Not even joking, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Avoid the drive through at you all costs of you can. Dine in if you absolutely have to so you can check your food.

Entered store with no one at the counter before me. Despite that, waited a couple of minutes while the plethora of staff glanced and seemed to go about other tasks. I then asked across the counter, is anyone serving, a young lady came up and apologized then took my order. A downward trend in customer service across the Macca's chain as more restaurants expect you to order via their touch screen terminals. I've never seen these sanitised and prefer to order with a human, keeping their job justified, but some locations really can't be bothered even recognising a customer waiting to place an order. This location was one of the more extreme at ignoring customers.

Time to start going to a further McDonald’s, waited an hour for my food after they assured me the system update would take 10-15 minutes, how wrong I was to trust the staff. After finally getting the food, neither the manager or the staff who handed me the drinks and food respectively even acknowledged me, let alone apologise for the long wait. I’ve worked in hospo for many years and if they were honest from the start about how long it might’ve taken, I would’ve understood completely. Even still, I’m never one to take out frustration on the staff working there so no idea why I was met with a cold look and absolutely no verbal interaction at the window.

1. Poor customer service Order placed through the self check in system found out printer is not working trying to grab help from the staff seem to be very difficult to reach out. I understand staffs are busy packing up orders but I don't see the reason why there is no ONE staff in the front counter. After standing at the counter for more then 10 mins no one aware of it.. Just shocking ! 2.Poor food quality Order 40 nuggets and 5 side chips for take away. Food came out relatively fast BUT when I open the package the nuggets was completely overcooked and very very dry. My favourite part of the fries usually I get from Maccas everytime were nice and crispy fresh out from the fryer unfortunately I purchased 5 packs of chips were soaky and oily felt like given old chips that has been leftover.Oh well, Too fast pumping the food out with poor food handling and control quality it not ideally the way to please customers. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied by the poor food quality conduct from this Maccas outlet. This is the worst Maccas to be honest. Not recommend for everyone.
