Bought the family pack, ordered on line.
We did not receive our mild sauce, the boneless chicken was mostly pill size pieces of greasy room temperature breading.
Hairs in the Mac and cheese container.
On the plus side the potato wedges were hot and tasted great. We tossed everything else.

Fricker’s is like the only place open past 11:00 PM anymore in Springfield. I appreciate that and their good service and food. We’ve stopped by a few times recently after going to a show and we were pleased that they were open late. The food is good and they have excellent appetizers. I especially like the pretzel bites and the fried cheese plate. We will definitely be back.

Service has been mediocre, but getting better. Bathrooms need attention. I really only get wings. They're always hot and cooked to my specs. Drinks are cold. The games in the extremely small game room are quite dated..

I've been coming here for years.
It's really good food. My favorite of all is the Frickin' Chicken Chunk Nachos. I get Teriyaki flavored chicken. Oh my, it's so good.😋
I wish that some of the TVs had other stuff on them besides sports, though. I don't mind it so much that I won't go there, though.
I wish I could go there more often.
The waitresses are always nice and helpful.
I wonder sometimes why they don't hire men as waiters as well, but I think it's the little hint of sexist that you sometimes find at sports bars, and that's unfortunate.

Disappointing, the bacon was so hard that it looked like it had been cooked days before. The curly fries came out kinda cold and unsalted. The waitress was the only good thing about the experience.

The manager( friday 21st evening mgr) needs to be re-trained in customer service. Also needs more management help on a friday night with 7 new staff members for kitchen on friday night is a train wreck for your serving staff as well the person does schedules needs to pay better attention also If you have an issue in the kitchen then you should let the guest know before waiting over an hour for 3 appetizers that are NOT chicken.

Great wings. I got the naked wings with Chipotle sauce. Excellent! Beer was cold and Rachel's service was second to none!
