Los Mariachis

I'm from Texas and I was passing through on my way to the airport and wanted some fajitas. This place looks nice so decided to stop and have dinner here. Worst Fajitas I have ever had! It was just a pile of veggies! I had to dig to find the so called fajitas. What a disappointment!! Also, my server never checked on me again until I waved him down and he came over and actually told me that he completely forgot about me...smh! Terrible experience!!

Food was great. Environment great. Waiter…sucked. Sorry🤷🏼‍♀️ he just kept disappearing for long periods of time, forgetting things we asked for, emotionless, no smile or friendliness whatsoever, never got anymore salsa like we asked numerous times, no refills on drinks, just wasn’t great service at all.

Normally I LOVE Los, but tonight I went with some friends and had absolutely horrible service. I'm not going to use the waiter's name and out him, but I've never had anyone be less helpful or polite there before. We were there celebrating a friend's birthday, and we had planned to have MANY rounds of drinks with food. We had one drink. He never at any point asked if we needed refills on anything. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Never asked if we needed take out boxes. We weren't even finished eating and he brought our checks. We were all so shocked, and felt like we were being rushed out of there. We got there at five and it wasn't even busy then, so there was no reason for that. The whole point was for us to sit there and visit with our friend on her birthday, so we did that, even after we were done eating and he removed our plates. It got to the point where we were so thirsty, we were chewing the ice from our waters, because we couldn't get a refill. We had to ask another waiter for one of our friends to get a soda. When it came to my order, he didn't bring my drink. So when all the other drinks came, I had to repeat my drink order. With my food, I asked for no beans. It still came with the beans. I don't think he listened to what we were asking him very well. I usually prefer the London location, now I remember why. :(

Food was great, staff was very friendly! Had a watermelon margarita ($5.49) that was great, and it was nice to have options aside from the normal regular and strawberry margaritas. The chips and salsa that come with it were good as well. Salsa has just the right amount of flavor and kick to it. (Pictured is the Lunch chimichanga $7.49) Came from out of town and this was definitely the right choice for Lunch.

Honestly, I never had any issues eating at this restaurant. But last night our server took our drinks and then our order. Never refilled our drinks until we asked the lady who brought our food too us for more water. Never had a refill for chips and salsa. Our waiter was horrible this is the worst service I have ever experienced there. Mainly I will never eat here again because I ended up getting food poisoning due to there horrible quality of making their food. Both my friend and I only ate part of our food because it did tasted off, but I threw everything up not to long after I got home, and it wasn't just me my best friend did too.
