I asked for less Nashville this is what they give me . And got mad at me for wanting them to fix it . They Started giving me attitude and was very rude the whole time . After they couldn’t fix it they offered a full refund and told me to go somewhere else then . This was at 9:00 pm Friday feb 18 . The man taking the order with the Glasses didn’t listen to me when I was telling him my order at all . The women in the window with the 978 tattoo on arm was very rude and unprofessional as well as the other women in Blue shirt . I called the store ten minutes later to get corporate number and they gave me a fake number , and the manager over the phone was very rude didn’t wanna give me her name and she hung up in my face .

The food is delicious! The service is terrible! I live in forest park every time I forget to check my family meal because I’m in a rush to get food home! Only to find out they always leave something out!!!!! Every single time!!!!! Last time got home No corn today I bought 16 piece 2 Mac and cheese 2 mashed potatoes guess what No mash no gravy!! So they keep my money because guess what? Driving all the way back to state street will only pist me more off!!! Always check your order that’s how they are saving money!!!!!!!riping people off

Went thru drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. The of the four orders were not correct so I had to go inside to get them fixed. Took 10 more minutes to get orders fixed and had to talk to three different people because one just kind of walked away, the second only fixed half of what was wrong then walked away. While I was inside to get my order fixed two other customers from drive thru came in because their orders also were not right

The worst service of my life! I ordered two pieces of chicken in combo and a chicken little, the chicken little was not in the bag and I went back to look for it because they had charged me and a manager waited for me at the drive thru window who was rude, disrespectful and offended me saying that they had already given me the sandwich when it was not. They should have more trained staff because if that attitude were that of a regular worker, it would be reported anyway, but for a manager to do it, that's another thing
