This is the best Dunkin' in the Springfield area. The staff are always pleasant and cheerie first thing in the morning. Great customer service from the whole staff.

Place was filthy nasty including the bathroom, paper all over showroom floor toilets nasty all the tables in showroom were nasty not wiped of, manager doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness at all.

Love dunkin, especially when they have latté specials. My favorite seasonal Donut is the Valentines Brownie Batter Donut. Friendly staff and rarely a wrong drink. Hate it when the car in front of you orders more than two sandwiches without going in, or trying to order a box of Joe at the speaker...

The employees here are disrespectful, unprofessional and bullies.
I went here this morning Nov. 30, 2021. I ordered 2 donuts and a small peppermint coffee. I was the second one in line of over 10 people that were waiting. Somehow everyone recieved their orders first then me I was the last one there waiting alone. Then they continued to make coffee for the drive thru. They would look over at me and talk to one another and laugh. I have no idea why they did this. I have never seen them in my life. I understand if I was rude or a Karen but I was polite and said thank you. All i can think of is since I'm an attractive woman with class the female workers were probably feeling a certain way. Never coming here again.

Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with 4 pumps of mocha added… they put no pumpkin in it and no cinnamon sugar. Cold foam was way less than it should have been. I work at a dunkin myself and very disappointed since my coffee was so simple :/
