I've visited you guys about 3 times so far the first 2 times was to sit down and eat. Table service is great and food is awesome. Saturday night we decided to visit just to have a few drinks so we sat at the bar far left corner by kitchen. Bartenders completely ignoring us. I was observing them and they were going around attending and making sure everybody was allset with the exception of us. I assume they were taking care of those customers because they are probably regulars....anyways the only time we would be tended too was when we called for them. The pretty young lady with blondish hair I stopped calling for her and instead started calling the bar manager. She was no better! One time I tried to get her attention she turned around and said "what" like if I was bothering her. Overall horrible experience at the bar setting. I've been a manager for 27 years in customer service. Those 2 need some type of retraining and/or if they are having a bad day stay home.

Me and my wife go to Christopher’s every Friday night for dinner, drinks, Keno and conversation with the waitresses who are always friendly along with Ella the hostess. Tonight my wife ordered a Ruben sandwich and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without Mayo as I am allergic to Mayo. After 20 minutes the waitress came back and said sorry out of corned beef, so my wife asked for turkey in place of the corned beef, we’re charge for a corned beef sandwich and my sandwich came with Mayo, good thing I checked or would have been on way to hospital. New sandwich was dryer than a beef jerky! Waitress told manager, manager could not be bothered to come over and took the cost of two beers off the bill. Taking the beers off meant nothing, as manager couldn’t take the personal time to come and speak to us and left it to the waitress to cover for managements failure.

Let me preface this review with- THE STARS ARE ALL FOR THE LOVELY BARTENDER LADIES I HAD TODAY… I’m now very sorry that I didn’t get their names. I stopped in after a dr apt in the area, and have never been here before. The food was really good, but the reason for the stars is the two adorable and very sweet ladies behind the bar. They were quick, efficient, pleasant and I plan to go back and hang with them again soon for a night shift. The owner, (I assume) is a whole other story. Blatantly yelling, swearing at and belittling his female staff- in between chain smoking outside…. absolutely disgusting how he treated these women- right in front of customers too?!? I can only imagine how he speaks to them after hours. Let me tell you something, sir- your bar wouldn’t be what it is if you didn’t have your staff, so I’d count your lucky stars. Only SMALL, NARCISSIST AND INSECURE MEN speak to women that way, and I feel sorry for anyone who has to put up with that.

I go their all the time the food is always good but today it was not it seems maybe they are short of help my waitress lets so i had another one waited a while before she came over gave her my order to go it was a turkey club wrap I got home open the box it was not a wrap it was just a turkey club burnt toast & it tasted like they put sat on it it was awful discus ting i said wrap not on bread & i always drink Bud light i thought my first drink did not taste like bud to me so i order another one it still tasted weird come to find out when i got the bill it was not bud it was Coors yuck i told the waitress & she took of one beer Their food is always great they must have a new cook the home made chips were great I threw my club in the trash it was awful not on a wrap on burnt toast

One of the worst experiences ever had dining out, me and three other people went in around 9pm which is late, however they were hoping and still serving food. We weren’t greeted for almost 20 minutes. Our waitress stood in the front talking to the bouncer and male customers throughout the whole time, while we waited on our drinks sitting, ready, at the bar while watching others getting served by their more attentive server. My boyfriends beer was forgotten until the rest of us needed drinks. My steak on my salad was raw, which I can do most usually depending but I ordered medium rare and it was chewy. I asked the server to politely take it off the bill , just the steak however, the prices did not match on the bill compared to the menu itself. Still paid it how it was though it wasn’t correct. Busy place at night wouldn’t go and expect good service, especially at night.
