Staying at the sheraton nearby convenient place to get a quick bite. Went there around 10am wasn't busy. Food was prepared quickly and got what i asked for. Service is excellent. You can get you bagel and coffee and eat right outside they have a few tables and chairs in the vestibule. Cris was very polite and brought your order out to you while you wait.

Great for kids and kids at heart. Best of the Springfield Museums. Get here early as admission is timed. Then see the others if you want.In great Dr Seuss fashion, the museum is bright and colorful and full of hands on activities as well as memorabilia. Fun and interesting for both children and adults.

The coffee is the best in downtown Springfield. That being said, some of the staff (John) are very customer friendly and many are not, so I can't really give them a very good customer service rating. The woman taking the sandwich orders in the morning is a poor listener and frequently gets the orders wrong. In three sandwich orders, all three were incorrect. That being said, the ingredients are very high quality. They just can't seem to get simple orders right, which is very disappointing given the quality of the ingredients. If you just want a coffee and a muffin, definitely the place in downtown Springfield to go.
