Applebee's

Entered restaurant one of the ladies that work there gave us attitude for asking about a high chair and why we couldn’t get a booth, instead of sitting at a table. The table was dirty, and not cleaned. So the lady wiped it down quickly and then walked off. I must say that the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp Was delicious, but fries come out fresh but salty, spinach dip was burnt and dry. Chips were stale. Ordered Buffalo wings their was hair in it, so gross. Had to have them make some more. They were Low on staff, so certain tables were not available. My overall experience here today was ok. Only because I actually ate half of my food. I do not recommend anyone to go here, there food is so dry and they’re fries are always burnt. I want be eating there every again, a waste of money.

Went to have a nice dinner with my daughter tonight. Upon arrival we were happy to see that they weren’t busy and thought we would have a nice experience. While sitting there talking we could hardly hear each other speak as the bartender and waiters thought it was social hour and were laughing and being absolutely obnoxious. We had to ask our waitress to refill our drinks and she never came back to see how our food was or to clear our dirty dishes. While there we both used the restroom to wash our hands and were shocked at how dirty the bathroom was. We both prayed the kitchen looked nothing like the bathrooms!!!! While the workers were chatting there were other job duties that should have been tended to. NOT a good experience tonight 😞 We won’t be returning to an Applebees anytime soon.

Ordered wings, pasta, and fiesta lime chicken with no silverware in the bag when door dash delivered. Called just to give them a heads up make sure it’s in bags for people who might not have access to it when delivered. I was told by a manager they never put silverware in Togo bags unless asked…. I don’t fully believe this. Just take accountability, apologize, and make sure you do better for the rest of your guest.

I ordered a steak (medium well) with mashed potatoes and green beans through doordash. It was literally less than a min from my hotel. When my meal arrived, I had no utensils to eat my food with, the steak was burnt, way over cooked and tough. The whole meal was cold and uneatable. That was $30 and it wasn’t worth $3. I guess Applebees is better at the restaurant, because they certainly do not care what kind of food they send out on deliveries.
