West Jefferson store. It was fantastic! Best original recipe ck I have had in 2 yrs at any of the Springfield stores. Seasoning was like 20 yes ago and chkn was done to the bone! Keep up the good work. Note I had heard they just hired new staff and it showed.

Are they ever going to fix their sign or speed up their service? Parking lot is also absolute trash. They FINALLY mowed the grass areas around the building. It is also extremely hard to hear them talking on the intercom. Do better KFC. Especially for how pricey the food is.

I ordered a 10 piece family bucket. I was asked to pull up so that my biscuits would be fresh. The cashier said it would be three minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then my food was delivered. I drove home and opened it. NO BISCUITS or coleslaw. Why was I asked to wait for biscuits and got NONE! When I called to complain, the manager was laughing on the phone. This was not funny.

Store was being remodeled and inside was closed so no comments on it. Food was great . Order was hot,fresh,accurate and delicious. Could only use drive thru but service was awesome and very polite. Definately would recomend.

Whoever is working at this location right now shouldn't be allowed to even wash dishes. I didn't think food could get any worse than slick meat sandwich day in prison, but kfc has proven me wrong tonight. Absolute garbage I wouldn't feed to my dog.

Came in at the right time. Was able to get fresh chicken. The fries were fresh cooked and had a really good flavor. The employee behind the counter was extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will be going back.
