Let me preface by saying that we did have a large party. So I understand to a certain degree. Our waiter was super sweet and did a great job and was probably overwhelmed. But when you're waiting over an hour for your food when you have small children with you, it's just unacceptable. When our food did come out, things were missing and one person didn't get her food for a good ten minutes after everyone else had theirs. I asked for hot sauce and was brought a bowl of salsa Verde (which they charged me $4 for) the woman that sat across from me had a hair embedded in her chicken fajitas and they took her plate but never brought her out more food. Then they only took off half her meal price when she didn't even eat any of it. She asked for the manager and was told there was no manager on duty tonight, that it was just the workers. The ac pipes on the ceiling were dripping with condensation and dripped all over the tables behind us and the floor, but no wet floor signs were out. They had only salt, pepper, ketchup and sugar on the tables. Ketchup? Really? I wanna know who puts ketchup on their Mexican food please. Then when it was time to pay, I gave him my card and he disappeared with it for 35 minutes before bringing it back. Just over all, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. We will not be back.

I have always loved to eat at Los Rancheros but the restaurant has gone down hill fast in the last few months. My family ate there and they wanted to charge us $1.50 per person to have plastic silverware & cups. No restaurant should charge you for silverware and cups. That is price gauging at its finest. When I asked about it they said that they had been doing it for years which is not true. Then they said that even if you get to-go orders you must pay for the plastic silverware & cups. The restaurant also does not accommodate in regards to seating.

I almost wish this was my local. Amazing place. Like A++ food. Even the table salsa is top notch. The Chalupas? Fuggeddaboudit! And the man behind the bar takes care of business. Should definitely be scouted for a top venue.

Hopefully a one time issue. But went for lunch Sunday and the salsa was bitter. The food that was brought out was cold. And the guacamole was brown. Service was good but the food was lacking freshness. May or may not come back.

Very clean, great service and the food was really good. It is not served spicy whatsoever. Hot sauce is available to choose your own heat level which I really appreciated. The frozen Margarita was poured well too!

This is a nice place to get decent Mexican food. The prices are reasonable and the food is always good. However, on our last visit I ordered the special, which was brisket birria tacos. They were good, but the brisket in the tacos was almost all fat. Also, the Dr. Pepper was flat. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

This was my daughters favorite place to eat until unfortunately today. We went in at 3 my daughter ordered a kids meal (chicken cheese and rice) she specially said kids meal. It came out and we thought it was a little big but didn’t think anything of it. We finish up and get the ticket. I immediately notice that they rang my daughters meal up as an adult meal. I spoke to the server and notified her that she didn’t order that meal she ordered the kids meal. The server immediately says that they don’t and won’t change it. I thought it was a little bizarre since that is not what we ordered. I asked to speak to the manager to see if maybe she could help. My server comes back out and tells me the manager is busy and that she can’t help me, weird because we were the only ones in there but maybe she was busy doing paper work. I waited 20 minutes for the manager and she still didn’t come out. I called the place and she answered. I explained to her what has happened and she asked me to bring my plate and the ticket to the kitchen which o found very strange and unsanitary but I do as i was asked. I get back there and the cook and other employees send me back out with my ticket so I go back to the table and she then comes out. At this point it’s been 30 minutes. When she comes out I start to explain to her what happened and immediately she starts telling me to calm down when I was calm I explained to her I am calm I just speak loudly and she kept saying no, no you’re not, no and kept repeating this. After like the 6th time of her repeating herself and her telling me that I was wrong even though I know myself best I did get an attitude. She went on to bring my daughter into the middle of it which then infuriated me! She did not compensate my meal she said my daughter could take it home. The point is we did not order that. So she made us pay it even though that’s not what we ordered. Nothing is more frustrating than to go to a place u been at hundreds of times spending thousands of dollars and they couldn’t have just handled it professionally! The manager had to be right and she was not budging for me at all! I felt as if she cared poorly about her customers and their experience in her facility. I may have said some choice words at the end of all of this out of frustration of dealing with someone that was not willing to listen and understand what I was saying! I have never experienced such terrible service from any place of business before. Also the rice was hard and not fresh but I was totally okay with looking past that as we use to love this place. They don’t care about their customers and it really showed today. The server laughed at me and didn’t care one bit. Soooo unprofessional! Needless to say this event is very disappointing and I will never go back!
