We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. The food portions were huge. With 2 truck drivers in the family, that's always a good thing. The chicken sandwich was amazing with the melted cheese and sausage gravy, added jalapenos and cheese to the home fries. The 2 guys had the big breakfast which is the other 2 photos, plus one plate sized pancake added on. Overall everything was delicious. Will definitely return! 👍 👍

First visit to The Big Biscuit was awesome! Best pancakes in town! Biscuits are huge! Everything was delicious. We had the most outgoing and friendly server ever! Micah was knowledgeable and efficient. I believe he takes service to a whole new level. We'll be back!

Friday 4/8/22 @ 11:28 am, got seated by the host quickly but then sat there waiting to get waited on. I can understand if the establishment was busy but busy is a hard sell when your watching 3 of the wait staff cutting up and joking around while your waiting for service. Wife and I visited this place last Saturday when it was packed and we got seated and waited on in a timely manner. Food was great! Service was great! Then today, very disapointed

Food is always good at big biscuit. Today was the first time we have eaten at this location and….. Micah…. Is one of the best servers I have had at any restaurant. He was interacting with all of his tables and kept up with everything. He will make us drive to this location.

Wait staff was nice, thank goodness! Food was rather disgusting! The hash browns were awful, they were swimming in oil and had a very bad taste, I could not eat them. The biscuit was meh which I thought they would be awesome, not. The spinach, mushroom omelette also was sitting in some kind of fluid! My daughter's sausage had a curly black hair in it, would not have belonged to anyone in our party! They said the coffee was pretty good but some of the creamers had clotted and we're chunky. Doubtful we will return.

Came in having a diabetic crisis with low blood sugar, seeing black spots, sweaty and not doing well...the hostes Heather sat me down quickly, had my waitress Emily come over immediately and brought me an Orange juice. I felt much better after a little bit and my food arrived within minutes after ordering. Emily sat down with me and my sister to ensure I was OK and to ask questions to be able to help others. Her personality and demeanor were wonderful and helped to show how much she cared. I let Management know and left doing well and happy.

Oh my is this a new favorite place in Springfield! My wife tired the Haymaker and I had the 3 Car Pileup. The 3 car is 2 giant biscuits smothered in sausage gravy over bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, 2 kinds of hash browns, and a pancake. It was awesome!
Their Titanic omelet is next on my list to try.
