Sonic Drive-in

No joke ordered $15 dollars worth of food, waited longer than 20 minutes just to receive cold food. And let me tell you I’m not a Karen, I work as a cook in a restaurant so I know what it is like but ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD. Ordered a coffee and that was cold too! At the time, after waiting 20 minutes when I was there, I only realized that my totes were cold, so I pressed the red button, and only asked for new totes not realizing everything else was not hot, NOT EVEN WARM. Like they made the food and let it sit up there for 20 minutes. The guy said it would be 5 more minutes for fresh totes when I have been there for 25 minutes so I said that is fine, I’ll wait 30 minutes for $15 dollars worth of food. I was on the phone with my partner and they advised to check everything before I left. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD AND SO WAS THE COFFEE. My partner is already mad so they called, and the manger on duty said that I could not get a refund, that I would have to wait 10 minutes for a new coffee. And get this the manger said that they only make coffee at 6am and don’t make new batches until the pot runs out, so for you folks that drink coffee all day just so you know if you order Sonics coffee then you are drinking 12 hour old coffee, lol if that flew at my job we would be fired. So moral of the story waiting longer than 20 minutes for cold food and can’t get a refund. So that’s great but good thing we can leave reviews. ☺️

Got a shake and blast at 11:30 ish. Neither one has what we asked for and is just the soft serve. It looks good on top but under that there is no brownie in my blast and no Reese's in the shake. Very disappointed every single time I come to this location. Server was sweet and I give tips. But whomever made this needs to be retrained!!!! Won't be back!!!!

This location is arguably the worst in SGF. Burnt tots or raw tots- never cooked consistently. Iced coffee is bitter and never the same as the other locations. It's almost as if they have entirely different cooking and prep instructions than the other sonic stores in town. Good luck if you order from there.
