The lady did not listen to me at all when ordering, I had to repeat myself after every single thing I asked for. And they replaced the sweet onion with a teriyaki sauce and they don't even tell you until it's on you sandwich. It's not good btw so I get home and my sandwich sucks.

I was worried about coming here because of all of the negative reviews, but then I realized how old most of the reviews were and decided to go in. Got fast and friendly service. My sandwich was perfect

I had to create a google acct for this one. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. 3 times in two weeks I went in and no chocolate chip cookies. May seem petty but this is a regular stop for me to pick up lunch. Same girl almost every time. Never smiles never helpful and cold. When I ask for corporate office number I’m told they don’t have it. I Would have to google it. Well I have it now and will be submitting complaint. Lost a valued customer.

The website said they were open until 9:00. I drove a ways to get there and they were closed at 8:30.

Your manager refused to sell me food because he had already counted his drawer at 835 pm. He said he could do card transactions, but no cash.i thought all customers could be served within business hours, especially when there was zero reasoning to refuse me.

The manager and the gentleman (im soooo bad at names) are the definition of customer service.
I've been in customer service for 16 yrs and I'm an office manager and these are the kind of employees that are rare!! They deliver something special . Kindness, thoughtfulness, amd a personal touch to every encounter makes all the difference no MATTER where or what business your entering into. I hope these employees get the recognition they so very much deserve!

I came in and ordered 4 footlongs and a pizza for my family and the two girls making my food were amazing, patient and so nice, I don’t generally leave reviews about places but those girls did phenomenal.

Great experience, great food & friendly staff.
During my visit, the employee was busy, yet the store was clean, she was very pleasant, never bothered by a customer request, and friendly to interact with.
The food was good quality and taste. She made sure she prepared to food to your liking, seeking the customers approval during the preparation process.
Great Subway to visit.
