Food was good. But just like I figured. Order was t completely right. I was told I’d have to be issued a credit for what wasn’t there. When I said that wasn’t acceptable and they’d have to have DoorDash bring me what was missing they told me that wasn’t something they did. Either you have customer service or you don’t. Won’t order from here again. Period.

Placed our lunch order online (Dynamite Salad and a side of okra and a 1/4 lb of brisket). It showed up quickly, still warm and delicious! It was also a rainy day so I really appreciated not having to get out in the rain! I signed up and got $5 credit which covered our delivery fee! Couldn't be happier! (Sorry no photos, we were hungry! LOL)

I'm sorry, but if I could give zero stars for the Springfield missouri location, I would. I spoke to Mike the 'manager' Saturday about a possible job on the phone and he scheduled an interview for 2pm with me. I mentioned in our conversation that my fiance was the only one working and it would be nice if I could land a job to help him out. Mike encouraged me to bring him to the interview. We( my fiance and I) arrived early and were informed Mike was a little busy, but he would get with us shortly. Mike waited until my fiance stepped outside for a moment, then proceeded to start the interview. I noticed that he kept asking me what I could do for him while he informed both my fiance and I that he has convicts working there alongside young women. He was very disrespectful to my fiance and then he told me I had the job. We had lunch and quite honestly, the food really wasn't all that good. The brisket was very dry and the portions were quite small for the price. As for the job opportunity, I never got the job, however I am concerned about Mike having my personal information.

Great food, could have been hotter. Bbq is always a Ballance as it's not cooked real hot and can be difficult to heat it up without changing the texture and taste. But on this visit even my mashed potatoes were lukewarm. The salad was very good as was the pulled pork. Just would have been better warmer. The staff was very nice.
